Refunds are available for attendees of the ACHCA District 3 Conference(s) under the following conditions:
90 days before the event – a 100% refund of fees
60 days before the event – a 75% refund of the fees
45 days before the event – a 50% refund of the fees
30 days before the event – a 25% refund of the fees

A 100% refund is available to any attendee whose community is being surveyed by a regulatory agency during the week of the conference. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Chapter Presidents of District 3, including, but not limited to, family emergencies and personal illness/injuries.
