Meet Megan & Bailey!

We are pleased to welcome speakers Megan Ulrich and Bailey Wallingford from Maple Knoll Communities / BHI Senior Living to the D3 Summer Summit!

Megan & Bailey will be speaking at a session titled “Optimizing Social Media to Improve Your Employer Brand and Attract and Retain Top Talent”.

Megan Ulrich, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, for Maple Knoll Communities Inc., graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications and is currently pursuing an MBA through Northern Kentucky University.  Megan began her career at Maple Knoll Communities in 2006.  Since then, Megan has been The Director of Corporate and Referral Development and Director of Communications before stepping into her current role. Megan oversees all Marketing, Development and Communication efforts, as well as Resident Life, for Maple Knoll Communities, a 175 year old non-profit Senior Care organization touching the lives of 35,000 seniors worldwide.  In addition, Megan oversees a formal affiliation with The University of Cincinnati and Miami University.  Megan has maintained a strong presence in the senior and professional industry through a position on the LeadingAge Ohio Communications and Public Relations Committee, LeadingAge Ohio Awards Committee, Cincinnati Chamber CMO and memberships with The American Marketing Association (AMA), Senior Marketing and Networking Association (MANA), The Public Relations Society of America, Association for Professionals in Fundraising, The Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council and serves as a Board Member for the Springdale Chamber of Commerce.

Bailey Wallingford, Corporate Communications Manager for Maple Knoll Communities, graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with minors in Management, Marketing, and Management Information Systems. She has worked with Maple Knoll Communities since September of 2019. Her job responsibilities include producing all internal staff & resident newsletters and external magazines at both Maple Knoll Village and the Knolls of Oxford, continuously creating updated content including photos and video, overseeing all social media accounts and websites, and designing fresh advertisements for all entities. In addition, Bailey oversees partnerships with Wyoming High School providing opportunities for marketing and public relations collaborations and education between the high school students and Maple Knoll residents. Bailey is consistently seeking further professional growth through memberships with The American Marketing Association (AMA) and The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
